Day 1 Arrival in Marrakech

Stages: Marrakech

Arrival at the airport - train station.
Assistance from our team and transfer to the accommodation. Optionally, and depending on the arrival time, orientation visit (2 hours).
 
Transfers included: Airport - Accommodation (30 minutes approx.)
Accommodation: Hotel Riad Chergui (Marrakech)

Day 2 Guided tour of Marrakech

Stages: Marrakech

In the morning, we will take a guided tour of 3 to 4 hours in Marrakech, where we will see the main monuments: the Koutoubia Mosque with its gardens, the Bahia Palace and the Saadian Tombs.

Optional activity: Cooking class with local residents. An ideal moment to be with the family, as we will look for the ingredients for our dish; The youngest will be able to know the products firsthand and we will prepare together a good tagine.

Day 3 Crossing the High Atlas and Ait Ben Haddou

Stages: Tichki, Marrakech - Ait Benhaddou

Departure from Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas through the Tizi n'Tichka pass at an altitude of 2260 m. You will pass through interesting villages until you reach the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified enclosure within a walled city, declared a World Heritage Site. You will certainly recognize it, as this citadel was the setting for famous films like Gladiator, Sahara, Asterix and Obelix!

After visiting this kasbah, we will continue our route until we reach the Dades Valley. Dinner and overnight at a hotel located in Dades Gorges.

Day 4 Adventure in the Todra Gorges to Merzouga

Stages: Merzouga, Erfoud, Boumalne Dades

Today we will walk through the palm grove and the Todra Gorges, a fascinating place for adventure lovers. Then, we will arrive in Erfoud, known as the "Gate of the Sahara Desert", as it is located near Erg Chebbi. If time permits, we can watch the sunset in Merzouga.

Day 5 From the Ziz Valley to the Cedar Forest

Stages: Merzouga, Fez, Azrou

We leave the dunes of Merzouga and, following the course of the Ziz Valley, we will arrive at the Middle Atlas, a surprising and purely Berber landscape. It is impossible not to stop in Azrou, the rock village, and in the cedar forest, where your children can have fun watching the friendly Barbary macaques in freedom. Arrival in Fez in the afternoon.

Day 6 Guided tour of Fez

Stages: Fez

Today we will take a 4 to 5 hour guided tour of Fez. We will discover, accompanied by our guides, the essentials not to get lost in this labyrinth of alleys, the Andalusian neighborhood, the Bab Bou Jeloud gate, the Seffarine square and several souks of Fez. A cultural experience that combines history, craftsmanship and local life.

Day 7 Return trip

Free time and transfer to the airport.
